Trickle Down Theory

As the rain trickled outside this Christmas
She pondered inspirations of whom missed us
The overcast day left her hungry indeed
Yet, the fasting & quietness she’d knead
Into a sweet-smelling bread
Then she’d twist it up all in her head
Just as a fat bread pretzel
The thought put her right in an Edsel
Driving around on the wall
Hardly seemed to perturb her at all
Whilst she listened contently in her tent
To all the whizzing cars…Where did they went?
Every day listening, ‘twas like a parade
The merriment continued as she drank lemonade
Or at least sucked on a lemon
What else could she do in heaven?
Alas, that car came to pass
She would have rather it last
Yet, there would have been diminishing returns
These are just some of the lessons she learns

About bognetta

Love has been so much more powerful than other people's control. I think it's all love, but sometimes it doesn't feel like love. That is because so many people are defensive, protective, and do not care to trust in that four letter word...love!
