Make the Game Fair
Is your wickedness as vile as my bile?
Is your sarcasm as sharp as my knife?
Is your criticism as harming as the snake I am charming”
Is your cruel tongue as pointed as my pin?
Is your accusing glare as long as my sword so fair?
Is your loud speech as biting as my screech?
Is your snubby nose as prickly as my thorns?
Is your pointing finger as crooked as the time I linger?
If you want to compete with me
Then make the game fair or you’ll never see
The worthiness of all of my gifts
If you keep on making me one to miff
Someday you will see my view
And stop judging image from thoughts you accrue
The stubbornness will fade away
Since when I would leave, you would want me to stay
(To watch over you and keep near you some day)
